Anna van Cauwenberge is an Associate Research Director in Ipsos’ European Public Affairs Team in Belgium. She joined the team in 2021, from the University of Groningen, where she worked as a tenured Assistant Professor in Media and Communication. She has about 15 years of experience in managing research projects in the field of social sciences. In her current role within Ipsos European Public Affairs, Anna is responsible for the design and supervision of multi-country quantitative and qualitative research projects for international public authorities, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the OECD. Anna has an MA in Communication Science from Ghent University, and a PhD (in Social Sciences, Communication Science) from the KU Leuven and Radboud University Nijmegen (joint degree).
