Noelia Cantero Gonzálvez is the Director of the European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning (EARLALL), where she leads strategic, policy, and operational initiatives to support regional engagement in education and training across Europe. With over two decades of experience in EU affairs, Noelia has worked closely with European institutions, regional governments, and international networks, contributing to policy development, project implementation, and advocacy in the fields of education and training. She is also an external expert and evaluator for the Erasmus+ National Agency in Belgium. Noelia holds a Master’s degree in European Studies in Human Resources Development from the College of Europe and a Licenciatura in Spanish Law from the University of Murcia. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she brings a strong legal, policy, and intercultural background to her work in shaping European education policy.
