Call for Papers: Conference on Occupational Mismatch and Skill Shortage

The TRAILS project is pleased to announce that the Call for Papers is officially open for the Conference on Occupational Mismatch and Skill Shortage, taking place on 10–11 September 2026 in Naples, Italy.

This in-person event will bring together researchers, policymakers, and experts to discuss the latest evidence on skills shortages and labour market mismatch. The conference will feature a keynote lecture by Pierre Cahuc (Sciences Po, IZA, CEPR), along with a full academic programme and policy panel.

Researchers working on topics related to occupational mismatch or skill shortages are warmly invited to submit their work.
